MV Digital Group is looking for individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization.  This role works closely with the sales and operations teams in order too effectively launch and manage client campaigns that we are running for our high value client roster.  This person will serve as the “go-to” for managing all campaign elements, across a variety of platforms, launched in a timely fashion.


  • Create and maintain ad campaigns across all ad serving platforms - search, social, display and video
  • Assist with ad trafficking, fulfillment and QA process ensuring setup mirrors campaign and reporting KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimizations, based on client objectives and agreed performance metrics, to ensure benchmark fulfillment and complete delivery
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery, performance or budget and make recommendations for course correction
  • Working with strategy/client lead, analyze and evaluate campaign performance and provide suggestions for continuation, optimization or shift in media strategy
  • Manage vendor fulfillment, performance and optimization
  • Coordination of reporting from vendors and ad serving platforms
  • Manage monthly billing and end of campaign financial reconciliation
  • Deliver reporting that matches campaign goals and tactics, and provide insight on campaign efficiency and success
  • Steward existing and new processes to ensure efficiency across reporting and communication to internal key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in digital marketing implementation and execution specific to social, display, mobile and search
  • Experience with digital analytics/reporting platforms
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, certification preferred
  • Familiarity with DoubleClick product suite – DBM, DCM, DFP
  • Working knowledge of data management platforms, tag management programs, audience development, customer data on boarding, and campaign management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Complete fluency within Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
