Digital Account Coordinator:

MV Digital Group is looking for individuals to join and shape our fast-growing organization.  This role is a resource that bridges the gap between the sales and operations teams in order to effectively manage client campaigns that we are running for our high value client roster. This person will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client while also serving as the “go-to” for all things related to campaign management and measurement, analytics and attribution.


  • Manage and sustain client relationships, develop deeper relationships, and explore areas of growth – serve as client lead for all live campaigns
  • Drive post sale client communication ensuring all necessary elements are received, ensuring campaign success
  • Provide client lead/client with timelines, processes, creative specs
  • Manage ad trafficking, fulfillment and QA process ensuring setup mirrors campaign and reporting KPIs
  • Drive optimization based on client objectives and agreed performance metrics
  • Deliver reporting that matches campaign goals and tactics, and provide insight on campaign efficiency and success
  • Review and improve processes, best practices, organizational structures and project team for optimal campaign results
  • Identify and create upsell opportunities for existing clients
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and work with the strategy team to provide suggestions for continuation, optimization or shift in media strategy to drive campaign performance across all digital media channels including, but not limited to:
    • Paid Social
    • Display
    • Search
    • Mobile
    • Video
    • Internet Radio
    • Site Optimization
  • Trafficking campaigns to ensure a timely launch.
  • Steward existing and new processes to ensure efficiency across reporting and communication to internal key stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • 3 -5 years’ experience in digital marketing implementation and execution specific to social, display, mobile and search
  • Working knowledge of project management processes and an ability to management a campaign from start to finish
  • Experience with digital analytics/reporting platforms
    • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, certification preferred
  • Familiarity with DoubleClick product suite – DBM, DCM, DFP
  • Working knowledge of data management platforms, tag management programs, audience development, customer data on boarding, and campaign management
  • Ability to translate highly technical information into a presentable and digestible format that will educate and enlighten non-technical internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete fluency within Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
